Description of Requirements :
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for failure analysis on customer and internal FAs.
- Perform bench / CT electrical test for both Discrete and IC products.
- Responsible for root cause analysis.
- Interface with Design / Product Engineering / Reliability on FA issues.
- Publish FA reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications / Skills :
- The candidate ideally would have 5-10 years of FA / Product Engineering or related experience.
- Must be familiar with curve trace and bench testing on ICs.
- Must be familiar with FA techniques such as EMMI, Laser Scan, Thermal, X-ray, SEM, EDX, and device deprocessing.
- Good oral and written communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with both Digital and Analog circuits.
Education :
Minimum is a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics / Material Science Engineering. Master degree is preferred.
