Dental Referral Marketing Coordinator - Part Time
Brea Endodontics
The Dental Referral Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring our referring offices have a seamless, positive experience.
Schedule : Part Time 16 hours / week
Responsibilities
- Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice manager
- Makes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring office
- Responsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and Doctors
- Remember specific information about each office to bring up in conversation
- Bring referral cards to any office in need
- Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily
- Updates a provided tracker in Excel
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

The salary range for this role is $19 - $22 per hour.
