Job Details : Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD,
• Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, joinery techniques, finishes, and hardware applications
• Experience in custom and large-scale millwork projects such as commercial interiors, hospitality, retail, and corporate environments
• Familiarity with CNC machining, fabrication processes, and production workflow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot design and production challenges
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, clients, and vendors
