This is a 5th Shift (Weekend Evening) position - Friday-Sunday from 6pm-6 : 30am PST.

The compensation range for this role is $52.27 - $60.98 per hour. Final compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and other factors.

Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, 10 years of aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, mechanical), 4 years of Gulfstream aircraft experience, FAA A&P license, and a valid driver's license.

Position Purpose

Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification activities. Provide guidance to technicians and ensure quality and compliance with regulations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and servicing of aircraft mechanical systems.
• Lead repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of aircraft components.
• Coordinate with inspection to ensure FAA compliance.
• Complete work documentation timely.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Properly tag and store customer property and aircraft components.
• Follow SOPs and JSAs during ground support operations.
• Operate and oversee special support equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments for overhaul or repair tasks.

Additional functions include applying 6S and Lean initiatives, maintaining tools and equipment, coordinating aircraft movement, and maintaining knowledge of FAA regulations and company policies.

Other requirements include advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and technical manuals. Must be proficient in English.
