SUMMARY OF POSITION
This role will perform simple to semi-complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of production machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility and will support the maintenance team with various maintenance tasks and projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conduct preventive and maintenance inspections and assist required on the following equipment : Compressor, Vacuum pumps, Bridgeport’s, Lathes, Grinders, Presses, Saws, A / C units (minus the condensers and Freon needs) Plycutter, Welding machines, Plasma cutters, Plasma table, Dust collection booths, small hand tools, and any other basic mechanical toolsTroubleshoot, repair, service, install / uninstall, move, and level a variety of production machineryMaintains shop, storage, tools, equipment and spare parts inventory as assignedPerforms equipment and repairs to specifications as trained and assignedCoordinates lock-out / tag out proceduresPainting, renovation, assembling shelves, equipmentMoving and installing equipment as assignedParticipates in 6S programs and maintains work area, tools, and equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly mannerWork area is swept, straightened, and maintainedAny additional duties as reasonably assigned by managementREQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED2+ years of facility maintenance experience1+ years of experience in industrial machine tool maintenance including electrical / mechanical troubleshooting and general repairs1+ years of experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipmentThis position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22.C.F.R. § is requiredWORKING CONDITIONS
