OBGYN Physician Locums Job in Kentucky 24-Hour Call Specific Dates in November and December Assignment

Coverage Needed : 11 / 6 - 11 / 10

11 / 24 - 12 / 1

12 / 8 - 12 / 15

Shift Description :

24-hour in-house call (7a-7a)

Requirements : Board Certified

Must be licensed in Kentucky or IMLC

BLS and active DEA certification

Procedures :

Routine delivery - Vaginal, Low Forceps

Decision-making for C-Section

Complicated delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions

VBAC s

Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

Assignment Details : EMR : Epic

Nursery level II

17 beds in department (12 postpartum, 5 birthing suites)

Midwives will take call and deliver own patients

Number of nursey admissions Per Day : 10 or less

Low volume of C-Section patients

Onsite labs and ultrasound

Credentialing timeframe : 30 days
