Position Overview :

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in serving existing clients and driving new business. This position involves a mix of account management, client retention, and sales, making it ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships and helping people.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
  • Educate clients on coverage options and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell policies.
  • Generate new business through referrals, leads, and outbound follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.

    • Requirements :

  • Active Property / Casualty insurance license (Life / Health license a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service and / or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
