Schedule : Monday - Friday, standard business hours

Annual Salary : $55,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities :

The Accounts Payable Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, with a focus on vendor management and payment processing.

Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Execute payments via ACH, check, wire transfer, and credit card

Set up and maintain vendor profiles

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Process commissions and payments to contractors

Support the month-end close process

Qualifications :

3-5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)

Experience in retail or e-commerce environments is a plus

Strong communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions

Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is required
