Job descriptionKey skills for a Sort operator in the semiconductor Die Fab area include meticulous attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions, and a steady hand for handling delicate products. Proficiency in using computer programs and semi-automated equipment is also essential. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, even when working independently, to ensure alignment with the team's objectives and to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and skills. HS diploma is required Basic Microsoft office skills with excel and outlook No prior experience needed although previous manufacturing experience would be a plus Good hand / eye coordination Attention to detail and able to read complex process docs Good written and verbal communication skills Continuous learning and adaptability are also important, as the role may require acquiring new skills to handle varying scopes and complexities of work. A commitment to quality and a thorough understanding of engineering specifications are what make a Sort operator successful in this field.
