Digital Merchandising and Operations Manager

Job Description

FBIN Water is seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising and Operations Manager to oversee the development, execution, and optimization of merchandising strategies and operational functions across our Water products. This role is pivotal in enhancing our product offerings, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience both online and in-store. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of both merchandising and operations, with a strong focus on driving growth and improving the overall customer journey in the Water industry.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN DEERFIELD IL OR KINSTON NC

HYBRID (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

Key Responsibilities :

Merchandising Management :

• Lead and manage the merchandise planning and assortment strategy to maximize sales and profitability.
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that Water products are presented effectively across Direct to Consumer (DTC) Brand shops
• Implement and manage in-store and online product displays that drive consumer engagement and sales.
• Monitor and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
• Ensure alignment of merchandising with seasonal promotions, brand standards, and consumer preferences.

Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range : $71,000 USD - $107,800 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
