Job Duties & Responsibilities
Support DC Claims and Defectives Process
- Send daily RA Requests (RGA) to vendors on the RTV Defective program
- Update the Reverse Logistics System (RLM) with vendor and disposition info
- Follow up on agings to improve product flow
- Provide updates of opportunities to improve process
Reverse Logistics Reporting
Update aging reports and departmental trackersUpdate Dashboard reports regularly using Cognos / SCI toolsPrepare and upload salvage loads for resaleRun Ad Hoc Reports in Cognos / SCI and InteraUse data to troubleshoot issues and alleviate aging defective product at the DCsManaging DicksRTV Mailbox
Communicate daily and troubleshoot issues with Vendors, DCs, Stores, BuyersOther Duties
Work with Compliance team to support the recalling of product from storesAssist with claims entry and team mailbox as neededUpdate Reverse Logistics chargebacks weekly and prepare for upload into compliance systemReconcile hanger payments at end of monthLaunch monthly Auto-Ship claims to storeSupport any technological, system and process upgrades and strategic initiativesQualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Business or Supply Chain1-3 years of experience Supply Chain, BusinessWorking knowledge of supply chain and business systems (Reverse Logistics Systems, SCI / Cognos, Intera)Ability to learn new software applications as requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsSkilled at handling multiple projects / deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to foster cross functional relationshipsVirtual Requirements
