Rebate Analyst 1

Summary :

This role is responsible for managing rebate program processing, reporting, and validation to ensure accuracy in payments and accruals. The position partners closely with vendors, Accounting, Category Management, and Pricebook Analysts to maintain compliance with contract pricing and support financial accuracy. By overseeing rebate operations and resolving cost exceptions, this role helps optimize profitability and strengthen vendor relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage accurate and timely processing of rebate programs within Rebate Manager.
• Generate and analyze reports to validate rebate accruals, ensuring accuracy in data entry, calculations, and accruals.
• Provide vendors with billback reports for validation prior to payment.
• Partner with Accounting and Category Management to ensure rebate accruals are properly recorded and supported with data insights.
• Process cost exceptions for vendor partners in alignment with agreements.
• Collaborate with Pricebook Analysts to adjust costs, ensuring compliance with contract pricing.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range :  $51K - $63K / yearly

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
