Product Analyst

Position

WCF Insurance is growing, and the Product team has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a Product Analyst . This is a full-time, exempt position that works in the WCF's Sandy, Utah headquarters building (Tuesday – Thursday) and will report to the Manager, Product Analytics.

The Product Analyst supports the development and execution of pricing and product strategies through data analysis, market research, and performance monitoring. This role plays a critical part in delivering data-driven insights that inform decision-making and help ensure competitive, compliant, and profitable insurance offerings across multiple states and lines of business.

Responsibilities

Product & Pricing Support

• Assist in the development and monitoring of pricing strategies and product performance.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loss ratios, retention, and new business growth.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of rate manuals and regulatory filings.
• Research competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Qualifications

WCF Insurance offers an extensive compensation package. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, company paid life insurance, 401K with a generous 6% employer match and additional benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program and time off to volunteer. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year. Expected salary for this position is $68,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and education.

Internal candidates should have acceptable job performance, 6 months in their current position, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
