As a Flight Operations Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in supporting our training center operationsensuring every mission runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time. What You'll Do :

• Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft, simulators, classrooms, and instructors
• Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations
• Collaborate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records
• Support training documentation and scheduling systems
• Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For :

Why This Role Matters : You'll be part of CAE's Flight Training Operations team supporting aircrafts and simulators. While not customer-facing, your work directly impacts students, instructors, and flight managers.
