The Patient Care Associate is a vital member of our field operations team, serving as the welcoming face of our front lobby and ensuring each patients experience begins with warmth and professionalism. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing the check-in and check-out process, and verifying patient information in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
We are seeking a candidate who is not only adept at accurately scheduling and confirming appointments but also brings a passion for delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal individual will have a proven track record handling high-volume calls, managing complex patient schedules in alignment with individualized care plans, and thoughtfully coordinating follow-up appointments. Exemplary phone etiquette and clear, compassionate communication are essential.

A minimum of 6 months' experience in a clinical setting is required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered at this time.
