Job Summary

As an Installer for The Tailored Closet of Silver Spring, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of closets, office organization products and / or cabinetry in customer homes. The ideal candidate has at least one year of installation experience, preferably in a related industry, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. Candidates must be prepared to get to work with a positive attitude and must have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job.

Responsibilities

At the direction of the lead installer, responsibilities include :

• Conduct in-home installation of company products
• Conduct in-home installation repairs, as needed
• Adhere to schedule for all jobs with punctuality
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and honestly with customers and colleagues, verbally and in writing
• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
• Maintain assigned truck, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.
• Comply with and follows all safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
