Attorney

We are looking for an experienced eDiscovery attorney to join our team in Dallas!

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed in the State of Texas

Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a law firm, corporate legal department, or vendor setting, working on complex and / or large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.

Proficiency in eDiscovery software (e.g., DISCO, Everlaw, Relativity, or similar).

Detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle.

Ability to work directly with clients, vendor partners, as well as attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants within the firm.

Ability to work with opposing counsel and counsel for third parties on Discovery Issues.

Understanding of current Discovery case law, Best Practices, and local court practices.
