Job Description :
- Precise preparation, documentation, and reconciliation of payroll
- Management of the payroll system
- Staying current with payroll-related legislation
- Handling tax filings and other pertinent reporting
- Investigating and resolving tax notices
- Collaboration with external service providers for streamlined payroll processing
- Swift resolution of timesheet, expense claim, and other payroll matters
- Calculation of gross-ups, imputed income, and deductions
- Thorough review of new hire information
- Processing final payments for employee terminations
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation
