The ideal candidate for the Sales and Marketing position would go through hands-on training with our team through a program we've developed to prepare you for opportunities within the business.
Our firm provides customer service retention and sales acquisitions for our clients by delivering results and quality customer service experiences for our clients.
We succeed by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers.
Our success relies on our promote-from-within culture. All of our managers have also completed the program and are therefore able to understand everything from the entry level up.
This program is designed to prepare you for your ideal career in sales, business development, and customer service.
Training Includes :
- Face-to-face Sales & Customer Service
- Leadership & Team Building
- Business Operations
Duties :
- Continuously manage performance through coaching, development of sales skills, motivation, goal setting, and day to day direction
- Identify customer needs and present solutions through face-to-face sales
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
