JOB SUMMARY

The company is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with a passion for renewable energy to lead clients, projects, and portfolios as a Project Manager and their projects throughout the region. The Project Manager will work closely with our core renewable team and will manage the project responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will :

• Excel at contributing to all phases of Renewable Energy and other Civil Engineering projects
• Development of schematic drawings
• Working within teams collaboratively
• Producing effective and high-quality drawings to be issued for construction
• Steering projects through the municipal or state approval process
• Supporting projects throughout construction as they progress to commissioning
• The ability to communicate effectively using verbal, graphic, and written means is paramount and a necessity for this position.
• Assist with proposal writing and business development.
• Manage mid-level and entry-level staff.

BS in Civil Engineering 8+ years of civil engineering experience Experience managing renewable energy projects is desired Must be an effective presenter at Public Meetings Licensed Professional Engineer with the ability to obtain licenses in numerous states The ideal candidate has the traits of a team player who is enthusiastic about all aspects of engineering and project management and can lead projects from planning and preliminary engineering through design and construction Must have good communication skills Be a team player Able to relate well to project team and clients
