Project Developer

Atlantica Development is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Developer to lead the full lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects—including solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS)—from initial concept through "Ready-to-Build" (RTB) status.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Serve as the principal point of contact and owner for assigned renewable energy projects, managing them through the full development lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project development schedules, budgets, and internal reporting tools.
• Land acquisition
• Permitting and environmental compliance
• Engineering and design
• Interconnection and grid coordination
• Finance and offtake
• Policy and regulations
• Prepare and issue scopes of work to consultants; manage contracts, invoices, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely communication and alignment with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings as necessary (travel required).
