Carly Jean Los Angeles is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a year experience in marketing, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

You should be passionate about :

Understanding customer concerns, and how our products serve them

Responsibilities :

Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Help manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience interactions.

Aid in the development of advertising materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Prep for upcoming events.

Lift up to 50 lbs of clothes, racks, boxes, etc.

Pay starts at : $20-25 / hour
