Private Bank Office Senior Banker
As a Private Bank Office Senior Banker you will have the opportunity to work in service, support, and sales, while creating a world class experience for clients and prospects in our Private Bank Offices. In this role you are the deposit expert and key service partner for the Business Banker / Relationship Managers' client base. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain client relationships by selling and servicing the full range of products and services and referring opportunities to business partners where needed. The role encompasses sales presentations, cash management expertise, account opening, compliance, documentation, and ensuring a white glove experience when transitioning clients to the bank. You'll maintain a professional relationship while using your excellent customer service skills and ingenuity to solve problems and enhance the banking relationship.
Primary responsibilities include
- Contribute to the overall success of the office by delivering a white glove experience to all clients and growing overall deposits.
- Being the deposit and cash management experts (and cross-selling where needed)
- Helping to "sell the bank" with net new prospects
- Maintain and deepen client relationships
- Relationship management (in partnership with the RMs, BBs, and PBs)
- Refer clients to business partners where needed
- Provide ongoing excellent customer service, including paying close attention to the top 10% of the Business Bankers' / Relationship Managers' client base.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of existing Bank products and stay up to date on new products and services.
- Obtaining documentation for initial onboarding, services, changes, and any exceptions
- Opening accounts and other services to ensure expedited delivery
- Assist clients with transactions, including but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, CD renewals, and wire transfers.
- Fulfill additional client needs including fee reversals, statement gathering, check orders, client information updates, research requests, and stop payments.
- Verify client identities in accordance with Citizens Private Bank policies and procedures.
- Adhere to and comply with the applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) as well as Bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and / or Other Professional Credentials

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
