Staff Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead technical strategy and execution in product engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop software for managing critical business operations

Develop new user-facing features and collaborate with design and product teams

Set technical direction, oversee development, and mentor the team

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of extensive engineering experience

Proficiency in functional or imperative programming languages, such as Golang

Experience in front-end engineering with technologies like React and Typescript

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Previous experience as a tech lead is required
