Job Description : In accordance with Assets, Inc. core values and mission, this position provides direct labor service at Assets, Inc. contract job sites. This position is expected to provide a limited aspect of janitorial services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Adhere to and demonstrate Assets, Inc. core values and mission in the performance of all aspects of this position.
• Provide direct labor in accordance with outlined OSHA safety standards and as required by site management. Including : emptying trash, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, washing windows, ground policing and spot cleaning.
• Actively participate in company meetings and trainings.
• May require obtaining security clearance for access to high security buildings.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with customers and coworkers.
• Be familiar with and follow all policies set forth by Assets, Inc.
• Support team efforts and actively participate in strengthening team structures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
