Location : Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)

Candidates must live within 50 to 75 miles of McAlester, OK .

We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-focused Territory Sales Leader to drive sales and generate leads for our AirMedCare Network membership through both local B2C and B2B channels. Your efforts in community engagement will build a solid pipeline of business and contribute to the territory's financial goals. The right candidate will possess a robust background in sales, preferably within healthcare membership or insurance services, alongside a passion for community outreach.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is a sector of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation enterprise worldwide. AMCN provides essential membership programs including emergent air transport, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Local Impact : Spend nearly 90% of your time in the field, connecting with local businesses (70% B2B) and individual consumers (30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership programs.
• Develop Relationships : Actively identify and develop new leads through cold calling, referrals, community events, and networking opportunities.
• Manage Sales Process : Oversee the full sales cycle from the first contact to closing while taking a consultative approach to cater to the distinct needs of each prospect.
• Champion with Purpose : Engage in local events and forge alliances with community organizations to enhance visibility and trust in the brand.
