Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $3,000

Your Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care strategies
• Provide wound care and necessary nursing interventions
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
