Business Analyst / Tester

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Business Analyst / Tester (Hybrid) to support a DHS federal program in the Ashburn, VA area. The Business Analyst  / Tester will be a ServiceNow testing-heavy role focused on driving Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration to turn business needs into practical, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst / Tester include :

• Lead Agile delivery and guide teams through planning, development, and user story management.
• Support ServiceNow testing activities, including test plan creation, execution, and defect resolution.
• Run stakeholder sessions to gather and refine requirements, ensuring clear documentation and alignment.
• Support testing, operations, and helpdesk needs to keep things moving smoothly across the project.
• Translate new tech ideas into practical solutions while staying aligned with standards and compliance.
