Since opening with 175 beds in 1976, the hospital has grown steadily to meet the needs of the community by completing ten major expansion projects the latest being a five-story116,000 square-foot, medical tower with a three-story parking garage. The hospital offers complete cardiac care including open-heart surgery and a neurosurgery program that is rated among the best in the nation. It has three cath labs, comprehensive clinical pathology and laboratory, cardiopulmonary services, surgical services (including orthopedic, bariatric and urological) and a radiology department with nuclear medicine, ultrasound, 16- and 64-slice CT, X-ray with fluoroscopy, MRI and Open MRI.
