As a Junior MBSE Engineer, you will :
- Develop and maintain model-based system architectures using SysML and DoDAF
- Assist in modeling foreign missile systems and Command & Control (C2) structures in support of national defense analysis
- Collaborate with senior engineers and government stakeholders to deliver high-quality modeling products
- Participate in on-site and remote support to multiple IC organizations
- Contribute to technical documentation, data traceability, and systems integration
- Grow your skills in MBSE tools and methodologies through hands-on mission work
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; OR 0+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an additional 4 years can be substituted in lieu of degreeTS / SCI clearance or TS with the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraphFoundational understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and modeling frameworksFamiliarity with ITASE (Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment)Exposure to SysML and / or DoDAF-compliant modeling practicesStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to support efforts across multiple government sites and collaborate with diverse technical teamsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience using tools such as :Cameo Systems Modeler, Teamwork Cloud, Simulink, MATLAB, STK, Jira, Confluence
