We have a call center position in Tucson, AZ. Key responsibilities include answering inbound and making outbound calls, resolving complaints, providing product information, and processing orders. Essential skills are strong communication, problem-solving, patience, and the ability to use computer systems and CRM software efficiently. Taking orders and scheduling installations for Internet, Phone, TV - Temp to Hire in 3 months after training is completed. Starting pay : $18 / hour (3% increase at hire) Monday Thursday 9am - 6pm Friday : 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. (1 hour lunch) Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
