Position Summary :

• The Lead, Warehouse Technician, plays a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient material flow.
• This role requires a high degree of independence, initiative, and accountability.
• The Lead, Warehouse Technician will serve as the primary on-site warehouse contact for their assigned location.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing standard operating procedures, and supporting the ongoing development of team operations.
• This position will also train and mentor new warehouse staff as locations expand.
