Your New Role :

You'll be the maestro of our customer service orchestra, handling everything from answering phones, taking service calls, scheduling and dispatching jobs, to being the personal assistant to the owner.

You'll also be in charge of ordering parts, tracking time, renewing maintenance agreements, and making sure our service machine runs as smoothly as a well-oiled engine.

• Must have reliable transportation to commute to our office.
• Must possess strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Should be receptive to following instructions and guidance from management.
• Proficiency in data entry and managing accurate records is essential.
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Training will be provided on how to source parts, process warranties, and handle billing and collections.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
