The Volume Management Representative II / III coordinates with customers and company partners to optimize gas gathering and processing, ensuring system balance and compliance with contractual obligations. This role involves scheduling natural gas movements, managing imbalances, and monitoring pipeline capacity. This representative serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) guidelines. Additionally, the role includes preparing and analyzing reports on gas flows and market conditions to support decision-making. Volume Management Rep III Responsibilities / Expectations :
Education / Years of Experience : Required : Bachelor's degree in business field and minimum of 5 years' related experience in natural gas industry. Preferred : Master's degree in the business field and three to five years of natural gas scheduling experience and eight years of experience in the natural gas industry.
Shift / Work Hours / Travel Requirements : Must be willing to work after hours, on-call rotations, evenings, weekend shifts and holiday as needed. May be required to work overtime. Other Requirements : Demonstrates excellent organizational / interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority. Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills. Prepares and analyzes reports with a strong focus on accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
Volume Management Rep II Responsibilities / Expectations :
Education / Years of Experience : Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum six (6) months related experience. Shift / Work Hours / Travel Requirements : Must be available to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as the need arises. May be required to work overtime. Other Requirements : Demonstrates excellent organizational / interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills. Knowledge of the energy industry.
