Pay : $25.00 / hour

Job Summary :

Our client in Carrollton is seeking a highly capable Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on the first shift. This position requires hands-on leadership, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and experienced in high-volume manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to output and quality goals

Support and occasionally cover machine operator responsibilities as needed

Assist in cleaning under machines and removing stock items during downtimes

Train, direct, and support line staff to meet performance expectations

Identify and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently

Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards

Communicate clearly with bilingual teams and foster a productive work environment

Required Experience :

2+ years in a manufacturing or production environment

Experience supervising or leading teams in an industrial or packaging setting

Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Previous temp-to-hire or shift lead roles in packaging or industrial operations

Familiarity with operating or troubleshooting production machinery

Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices

Required Skills :

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication)

Able to lift / move heavy objects and perform physical tasks (e.g., cleaning under machines)

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict production goals

Preferred Skills :

Equipment troubleshooting

Time management and prioritization in high-output settings

Safety protocol enforcement in manufacturing environments
