Job Summary : The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. This role involves managing a production team, monitoring workflows, addressing issues promptly, and implementing process improvements to maximize productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Supervise and manage production staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring performance aligns with organizational goals.
• Production Oversight : Oversee daily production schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards through regular inspections and adherence to set procedures.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting safety training and responding to any workplace incidents.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit detailed production reports while maintaining accurate documentation of all activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any cross-functional challenges.

Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience : 3+ years in a production or manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory experience.
