Job descriptionA trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. Experience on : construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks. Ability to : climb ladders, use power tools & hand tools, lift 50 lbs. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Driving : Valid License, Clean record, reliable transportation 16012 Kitzman Rd, Cypress, TX 77429 Projects are located in and around Houston Full Time (40hrs / Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Mon-Fri from 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm Ernesto, Service Manager Servicing residential A / V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting & Shading Systems Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents Understanding of wiring and signal flow Programming Control Systems (Savant, Control4 (C4), Crestron, Josh.Ai, Lutron QSX) Troubleshooting Systems (Savant, Control4 (C4), Crestron, Josh.Ai, Lutron QSX) Advanced understanding of networking Advanced troubleshooting of devices Train clients on use of systems Recommend upgrades when necessary Provide excellent customer service $30 / hr to $45 / hr – Yup! Medical / Dental / Vision (All are offered) 401k w / 4% Match 6 Paid holidays PTO - 2 weeks + Birthday Company Vehicle (take home) Crafting exceptional job posts Posting these job descriptions to sites to drive applications Review all inbound resumes Inviting the most promising candidates to initial interviews (aka "Pre-Interviews") Assuring the appropriate alignment of skills / cultural fit / compensation Posting all interview notes, scorecards, and our assessment for review Short-listing the best candidates for 2nd Round interviews directly with the hiring company
