We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the way at Rock Creek a vibrant community of 192 apartment homes. You’ll be the driving force behind keeping our property in top condition — safe, clean, efficient, and welcoming for every resident.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead, motivate, and support your maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
• Take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our apartment homes and community spaces.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances, and more.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours , with care and attention to detail.
• Proactively handle preventive maintenance to avoid surprises and costly repairs.
• Oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal — pressure washing, debris removal, and more.
• Maintain inventory, track expenses, and stay ahead of maintenance needs.
• Rotate on-call duties and assist with weekend / holiday coverage as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and SPM procedures.
• Be a partner and problem solver — working closely with residents, vendors, and office staff to keep everything running smoothly.
