Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead negotiations and drafting of various commercial agreements while developing scalable contracting processes

Provide legal counsel across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and ethical deployment of technology

Assist with corporate-level financings, M&A transactions, and design a contract management system to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally in renewable energy finance

Experience at a top-tier law firm combined with in-house experience at a renewable energy company

Ability to operate between legal and commercial teams seamlessly

Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching initiatives or creating frameworks

Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
