Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects in Occupied Commercial Living Environments , overseeing complex renovations and new construction ranging from $250K to $15M . This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to manage high-visibility, fast-paced projects across the Mountain West and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership : Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through close-outTeam Coordination : Work closely with field superintendents to maintain project schedules and logisticsStakeholder Management : Serve as the primary liaison between owners, facility managers, consultants, and vendorsBudget Oversight : Control project costs, manage subcontractor buyout, and process change orders and pay appsScheduling & Documentation : Create master schedules, track submittals, manage RFI logs, and coordinate meetingsQuality Assurance : Deliver projects on time and on budget, minimizing disruption in active environmentsOn-Site Presence : Travel as needed for project launches, walkthroughs, and close-out inspectionsWho Were Looking For
Experience : 7+ years in project management within commercial construction , preferably with experience in :Assisted living facilities and senior housingMultifamily and mixed-use developmentsHospitality and retail environmentsExperience in : Tenant Improvements (Occupied spcae) and renovatationsConstruction Knowledge : Strong understanding of CSI divisions, GMP contracts, buyout practices, and safety complianceTech-Savvy : Proficiency with Procore , Bluebeam , Buildertrend , or similar project management platformsScheduling Expertise : Skilled in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource coordinationStrong Communicator : Able to lead cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and manage expectations professionallyProblem Solver : Comfortable navigating challenges on live job sites with minimal supervisionBenefits
