Job Summary

The Assistant Program Manager conducts and coordinates all productresearch and data analysis to support the Program Manager. Synthesize large amounts of information and communicate appropriately to cross-functional teams for decision-making purposes. Must show ability to think strategically, 6-12 months out, and adjust / plan accordingly to drive results and successful projects to completion. This is a hybrid role that will require on-sitepresence at our headquarters, located in Colmar, PA, at least 4 days a week.

• Assists in the planning, development, and execution of programs, supporting the Sr Program Manager or Director by managing budgets, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring objectives are met
