The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to online sales inquiries and leads.
• Coordinate with sales staff to schedule appointments and follow-ups with customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance online presence and lead generation.
• Track and report key metrics related to internet sales performance.
