All Energy Solar is seeking a Full Time Lead Installer Electrical Apprentice to join our team. The Lead Installer Electrical Apprentice will lead a team of 4-5 individuals in providing an efficient and quality solar installation.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Provide and lead training, mentorship, and feedback to a small team of individuals.
• Responsible for achieving efficient goals for the crew, and for communicating metrics with the team.
• Use power tools, ladders, digging equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Communicate with homeowners, business owners, and management on installation progress.
• Problem solve to maneuver road blocks on installations.
• Manage cleanup of job site.
• Complete all required paperwork in a professional and efficient manner.
