Job description

As a Technical Sales Representative - Intervention, you will apply your in-depth knowledge of intervention tools and technologies to drive strategic sales and deliver high-impact technical consultations. Operating in a client-facing capacity, you will support customers at rig sites, warehouses, and workshops, ensuring optimal product performance and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical sale resource for intervention-related products and services along with rental products

Conduct regular site visits to customer locations to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.

Provide expert consultation on intervention tools, technologies, and applications.

Develop tailored value propositions that address specific operational challenges.

Deliver persuasive presentations and tender submissions showcasing intervention solutions.

Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, for intervention offerings.

Achieve revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the intervention product portfolio.

Collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager to refine account strategies and drive growth.

Evaluate technical specifications with clients and gather actionable feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain service quality.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to inform sales strategies.

Utilize CRM and sales platforms (e.g., SFDC.com, XAIT-Porter) to manage pipeline, forecast, and reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of technical or operational experience in intervention services.

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in technical or intervention-related product lines.

Strong technical expertise in intervention tools and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology platforms.

Customer-focused problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Self-driven with effective time management and organizational skills.

Travel Requirements

  • Domestic travel required : 10-20% of work time.
