Your Opportunity As a Construction Manager, you'll be the on-site representative for Stantec, working closely with our clients and their contractors to ensure successful project delivery. You'll collaborate with Stantec's project managers and design teams, as well as the client's operations and maintenance staff, to oversee construction at active water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipeline installations, roadway upgrades, and heavy civil works. This role is critical to minimizing operational impacts and maintaining strong relationships with client teams. You'll ensure project goals are met, contracts are administered effectively, and coordination flows smoothly across all stakeholders.

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
