Recruiting Assistant (Entry Level)

Glendale, CA (Onsite 5 days weekly for the first year; potential hybrid option thereafter)

Conexus, one of Southern California’s largest recruiting and staffing firms, is hiring a Personal Recruiting Assistant to directly support one of the founders of the Firm, who heads up the Executive Search practice for the Los Angeles market. This is an outstanding opportunity for an outgoing, organized, tech-savvy, entry level candidate who wants to break into the Recruiting industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the initial identification of executive-level candidates relevant to our searches
- Run outreach campaigns and manage communication
- Conduct follow up calls to candidates identified as viable prospects for our high level search assignments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
- Maintain and update our CRM and applicant tracking systems (no prior experience required)
- Support search projects, prepare candidate summaries, search summaries, and organize deliverables
- Manage calendaring of meetings for the practice leader, and support scheduling and follow-up communications with clients
What We’re Looking For
Bachelors Degree (we're flexible on your major)Entry level candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; prior internship or job experience in a fast paced office setting is a plusExcellent communication (verbal and written), organization, and attention to detailPositive, proactive, and eager to learnIntellectual curiosity; no fear of asking questions; an appetite for gaining a high level understanding of a variety of different industriesComfortable using and updating CRM / ATS tools (we will train you)Tech-savvy and staying current with mainstream AI tools; familiarity with ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude is strongly preferredAbility to be in office, Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM – candidates requiring a hybrid or remote setup will not be consideredWhy This Role Is Special

Comp and Benefits :
$60–70K base + bonus (viable path to $100K+ in under 3 years)
