New Graduate RN's are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000! RN's with greater than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

At Mercy Medical Center the Intermediate Care Unit provides quality care primarily for adult patients experiencing severe, but usually non-life-threatening issues requiring moderately complex assessments, intensive therapies, and interventions.

What you will do :

In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.

Licensure : Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.

Certification : BLS (AHA / ARC). ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Skills :

Experience : Previous cardiac monitoring / telemetry experience preferred. Acute care, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry preferred.

Work Schedule : Full time, 36 hours. 7pm - 7am Nights

Every Other Weekend / Holiday
