A management position to the Maintenance department. The Maintenance Manager provides support to the Maintenance Director in the day-to-day operations of that department.
Reports to : Director of Maintenance
Qualification :
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in repairs and maintenance.
- Good communication skills, organization skills, and computer skills.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure Ergon Trucking Maintenance policies are followed.
- Provide support to terminals as maintenance problems arise.
- Responsible for complying with applicable Federal, Local, and State regulations.
- Responsible for shop safety.
- Work with vendors to ensure prices are in line.
- Tracking parts inventory and pricing.
