• Proficiency with EPIC documentation and the Pyxis medication system

Description :

The RN Nurse Navigator for an oncology ambulatory clinic will assist newly diagnosed breast cancer patients with multimodality therapy and complex care needs.

This role supports new patients in medical, surgical, and radiation oncology.

The nurse navigator will work to identify barriers to care and initiate teaching and referrals for newly diagnosed patients.

Interpretation services will be available to provide support to providers.

Charcoal grey or Caribbean blue scrubs are required.

Teaching and community hospital experience is preferred.
