Job Summary

The Program Manager (PM) works with the Program Management Team to proactively manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects, including client interaction and expectations.

This position's main duties include supervising all project aspects including oversite of all off-site contract employees.

Additionally, the PM will consistently challenge each aspect of the project management process to improve revenue and profit margin.

Major Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
  • Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Ensure project management standards are being executed across the project portfolio.
  • Drive improvements into the PMO program and ensure industry best practices are leveraged.
